What Started

as a community outreach in 1996

for victims of domestic violence 

Regina also saw a need 

to assist our abandoned youths,

runaways, teens transitioning into young adults

our shut-ins

and our Elderly  

by supplying resources, aid with food, clothing, and housing

For her work

throughout our Communities

Refuge1 Community Outreach 

was recognized by the IRS in 2011

and granted

the 501 (c) (3) certification
