These services are typically booked by the hour (often with a 3-to-4-hour minimum) and offer unlimited stops, giving you a dedicated vehicle and driver at your disposal. If you are looking to book this type of service in the Concord area, you can use these options

Standard Sedan $35 – $60 / hour.

Daily Packages: If you need a driver for an extended duration, full-day rates (8–10 hours) generally range between $200 and $600, which often lowers the overall cost per hour. And is only available for priority clients 

Rates Keep in mind that the consumer cost to hire a driver service covers vehicle depreciation, commercial insurance, and company overhead and with a private driver, there is no contract

Refuge1 Clients pay $25 per hour with a minimum of 2 and a half hours’

and a maximum is three and a half.

Standard Industry Booking Fees

Minimum Booking Hours:

A 3-to-4-hour minimum per booking is required.

Wait Time and Administration Fees: an additional fee of $20.00 dollars will be charged if they have to wait past a specific grace period which is 15 minutes.

Time slots are Mondays, Tuesday, Wednesdays and Thursdays only

Since we are a 501(c)(3) NPO charging a fee, our fees are significantly below market rate (often seen as 85% below cost of other entities) we operate on a sliding-fee scale to maintain our charitable tax-exempt status.
